TRAILS
The ranch is surrounded by beautiful Ocala National Forest and we have several trail heads right on the property! From any area on the property you can step right into the woods and onto the trails. Surrounding the perimeter of the property is what we call “Perimeter Trail” (you won’t see that on the map), so quite literally you take one step into the trees and you are on the trails!
Absolutely stunning Lake Bass just a few minutes ride from the property. There are other small ponds and lakes spread throughout the trail matrix, as well as a large lake just a few miles ride from the ranch. You will find a wide range of experiences within one trail matrix, from wide open trails to more tucked away narrow trails. There are plenty of shaded trail options for those hotter days of the year. Wildlife abounds, and you will also find a range of footing, from sandier trails to more densely packed clay and dirt trails. You can’t get bored in the Ocala National Forest, there is so much to see!

What to Expect: Trail Conditions & Ride Experience
Varied terrain. Our trails wind through a mixture of terrain — from shady, wooded paths to open sandy and clay trails. Depending on the route, you’ll find slow, peaceful stretches and more adventurous tracks.
Natural beauty & wildlife. Because our ranch borders the Ocala National Forest, you may see deer, birds, and a variety of Florida wildlife during your ride — especially at dawn or dusk.
Water & lakes nearby. One of our favorite rides leads to Lake Bass — a scenic spot just minutes from the ranch. Perfect for a peaceful ride with a waterfront view.
Guided trail-map support. We use an interactive trail map available on Avenza. Guests are encouraged to download it ahead of time to view trails, plan routes, and explore nearby lakes, trails, and points of interest.
