Our professionally maintained arena at Black Horse Ranch in Umatilla, Florida is designed for both everyday riders and high-impact events. Measuring 200’ x 300’, the arena features a perfect blend of clay and sand footing, providing optimal traction, cushion, and drainage for all disciplines—whether you're training, teaching, or competing.

We offer two separate warm-up pens, each with its own entrance, plus a dedicated alleyway for smooth entries and exits during events. The layout is ideal for barrel racing, obstacle challenges, clinics, schooling shows, gymkhanas, breed shows, rodeo-style events, and more. We can also adjust the set up as needed for large scale events and weekend rentals. More info below!

Barrel Racers! Join us every Thursday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM for open barrel practice —perfect exposure for a young horse, a safe practice space for young and new riders, and all around spacious, encouraging environment for tuning up your horse for speed events.
